WELCOME
It is in the heart of the Yvorne vineyard, facing the Dents du Midi, that the superb family estate “Dillet” is located, with its vines adjacent to the house.
“Limit quantity for the benefit of quality”
This proverb perfectly summarizes the approach of Domaine Dillet, which produces a range of about ten wines. From aperitif wine: Chasselas, Rosé, Sparkling. To gastronomy wine, especially with a range aged in barrels.
The Domaine has gained a certain notoriety in recent years by winning medals in various regional, national, and even international competitions.
But a tasting is worth more than long speeches!
THE ESTATE
Eric and Sylvia Minod have created a magnificent oenotheque for the estate’s products. Adjacent to this sales point, there is a reception area, a terrace, and the possibility of a cellar tour. Allowing groups of about 20 visitors to be welcomed.
Open Wednesday and Thursday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM or by appointment
When weather conditions permit, visitors are welcomed in the garden, a magnificent “vineyard balcony” where, in the shade of a trellis and facing the Dents-du-Midi, the wine of “Dillet” will express all its terroir: a great convivial moment.
